TENNESSEE Mediation Training
To achieve the highest quality during its five (5) day, 48 hour family and divorce mediation trainings, Agreements Unlimited combines: lecture and discussion, video demonstrations, self awareness exercises, plenty of role-plays, and direct trainer feedback.  Joe Beaty and all of our other trainers are experienced professionals and active in many professional ADR organizations.

Agreements Unlimited offers training toward mediator certification in the following areas:

The Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts has approved all three of these trainings for Rule 31 Certification.  Tennessee CLE has approved 43 general hours and 3 dual hours (46 total hours) of CLE credit for attorneys taking the 48 hour course.  The Mediation Association of Tennessee (MAT) has approved the entire 48 hours of this training.

48 Hour Course - $1,450.00  The 48 hour course is a five (5) day training that includes eight (8) hours of TN Domestic Relations Law and 40 hours of Mediation Skills Training. Classes are held from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Price include manual(s), snacks, and the TN AOC processing fee for each participant.

"Early Bird Special"  Save $200!!  The 48 hour training will be offered for $1250.00 if pre-registration is completed 30 days in advance of the training.
