is a therapist and an Approved Consultant and Practitioner Member of the Academy of Family Mediators. He is also a member of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution (SPIDR), the Virginia Mediation Network (VMN) and the Mediation Association of Tennesee (MAT). He is also an approved mediator of EEOC disputes for the U.S. Postal Service.

AMELIA L. BLAND, J.D.

is an attorney with 14 years experience in general civil and criminal litigation. Graduate of University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar/Virginia Bar Association Joint Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Board Member of the Virginia Mediation Network (VMN).

JERRY BAGNELL, M.S.W., M.Ed.

is an Approved Consultant and Practitioner Member of the Academy of Family Mediators. He is currently the President of the Virginia Mediation Network (VMN). Jerry has been mediating and training mediators for the past 20 years.

MARY ANN ZAHA, M.A.

has a masters specifically in Conflict Resolution, from Antioch University where she studied Conflict and Adult learning. She is a full time family mediator in Chattanooga TN.   She has over 10 years of mediation and training experience.  Her specialty is Curricula Development that allows adult learners to get the most out of their experience.   She is an Advanced practitioner member with CRA and mediates ADA cases with the Key Bridge foundation.

JOCELYN WURZBURG, J.D.

          

A founding member and Past President of the Mediation Association of Tennessee, is an Approved Consultant and Practitioner Member of the Academy of Family Mediators.
