Network advertising is the process of providing advertising for a product or service online and when a network advertising agency agrees to advertise the product or service of an organization a business document is drafted which is known as a network advertising agreement. The document acts as a proof that the organization has given the advertising contract to the agency. In the agreement the advertising agency is referred to as the agency and the organization is referred to as the client.

There are few terms and conditions laid down in the agreement which are as follows:

• The product or the service that the agency needs to advertise
• The remuneration to be paid to the agency for providing their services and the mode in which the payment will be made
• The circumstances under which the agreement can be terminated before the contract end date
• The process in which the advertising service has to be provided
