The Holdings Pledge Agreement is an agreement that is signed by the holding company which is a company that holds the shares of the other companies. The holding companies also hold capital for pending investments. The Holdings Pledge Agreement is signed between the parent company and the other companies whose shares are held by the parent company. According to the Holdings Pledge Agreement the companies pledge their shares of stock as security to the holding company.

The Holdings Pledge Agreement assures that it will be responsible for the shares of the companies that it holds and the shares will be returned to the company on the date that is decided in the agreement. The parties involved in the agreement have to agree to the terms and conditions that are listed in the agreement and also abide by the government’s rules and regulations. Legal actions will be taken in case of any violation or breach of the law by either party.
