- I received a briefing within 180 days prior to filing my bankruptcy case, from a United States trustee approved credit counseling agency and they outlined the various opportunities that are available for credit counseling, and they also assisted me in performing or conducting a budget analysis.
- I the “Debtor” has listed all payments in their respective schedules as required in this Bankruptcy Agreement on installment purchases on services, and goods, various loans, and any other debts I owe to any creditor made in the 90 days preceding the commencement of this Bankruptcy case except those property or assets whose value is less than $600.
- I the “Debtor ” authorize Mr. Corey Johnson on behalf of the company to carry out the legal demands of the Bankruptcy Agreements. He is empowered, authorized, and directed, in the name of the company and on behalf of it to verify and execute each and every petition made by the company, motions, all schedules, applications, lists, pleadings, as well as other documents, and under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court.
