The organization serves three different sectors such as graphic arts, industrial and the retail sector. The bylaws of X-rite are the documentation of the rules and regulations of the organization being put forwarded by the founders or the Board of directors. The bylaws are also called as Articles of Incorporation. The bylaws contain all the essential information such as the number and series of shares held by all the shareholders, rules regarding the registration of the stock certificates and various strategies for the smooth functioning of the organization.
On May 15, 2012; X-Rite repaid all the outstanding loans and, amended and restated the bylaws. X-Rite has had different credit agreements with the companies namely Bank of America, General Electric Capital Corporation and Fifth Third Bank. After the repayment of all the outstanding debts, X-Rite terminated all the credit agreements with the corporations listed above.
