Retail Brokerage Company Formation Agreement

A Retail Brokerage Company Formation agreement is an agreement between two parties, namely the client and the broker.The Parties desire to enter into this Agreement to set forth the terms and conditions for the formation and operation of the Company. Client, in consideration of certain agreements appoints Broker based on the services agreed between both the parties on various clauses. The agreement further specifies client’s compensation, terms and conditions of sales, promotional activities, servicing, trade policies, staffing specification, general terms and conditions and regulations etc which is mutually agreed.

The agreement shall also include some essential details such as name and addresses of both the parties, date of agreement, conditions regarding customer policies, finance, ownership details, investment details, business objectives of the company etc. The agreement has to be duly signed by the parties involved at the end of the agreement in conformity of the terms and conditions specified therein.
