An offer letter refers to the term job offer letter whereby a hiring company lays down the various terms and conditions related to a particular job to the candidate. When a candidate clears his interview and the employer decides to hire him, the company formally welcomes the candidate in the letter and must put into writing what they are willing to offer him in return for his services.
