The equity purchase agreement is formal legal document which represents a property transaction between two parties where one party is the owner of the residential premises while the other is interested in acquiring that property for investment, dealer or rental purpose. This agreement is a mutual consent agreement between the buyer and the seller including all the transaction related details like title & address of the property being sold, the amount offered for the transaction and other formal details of this transaction.

The equity purchase inverter, that is, the party interested in buying the property, is required to comply with the equity purchase or otherwise the party may be subjected to the penalties as highlighted by the equity purchase laws, the equity purchase rules also specify that the buyer of the property cannot use the property for his residential use. For the equity purchase agreement to be completely legal the equity purchase investor is required to use a written agreement that includes all the statutory equity purchase notices.
