A design and building agreement is one that a property owner and a builder enter into for the purpose of construction. The agreement holds all the details of the initial designing and details of building specifications that are agreed by both the parties to the contract. It is a preliminary building agreement that clarifies the role that construction builder has to fulfill during the entire project.
