This agreement is made between the Owner and the Manager on the effective date of 12th November, 2011.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The Manager of the property in question, “562 Manzana Place” situated in the city of San Jose in the state of California, shall have the exclusive and sole duty as well as authority to manage this Property and supervise all affairs and business requirements associated to the day-to-day operation thereof.
  • In accordance with the clauses in the Building and Property Management Services Agreement, the Manager has the authority to enter into any rental agreement on the behalf of the Owner and is also authorized to collect rent from renters on behalf of the Owner and in the Owner’s account.
  • At any given point in time, if any provision or term in this agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable in a particular application or in its entirety then the remainder of this in the Building and Property Management Services Agreement will nonetheless remain in effect and full force.
  • The Owner has the right to terminate this Agreement with the Manager, with or without any cause, and has to give not less than thirty days’ of written notice to the said Manager.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties “Owner” and “Manager” have executed this Building and Property Management Services Agreement as on the date set forth which is 11/12/2011 (MM/DD/YY).
